About Jacob Nell

Hello! I’m Jacob
Dr Jacob Nell
M.Tech: Chiro (TN)
I believe in movement and in the remarkable capacity of the body to overcome adversity. I believe that nature is a powerful resource in healing and that true health requires a profound sense of relationship within circles of culture and geography.
For those experiencing pain and want to explore particular issues through the lens of the body. Those who want to improve their relationship with their body and move forward through difficult pain states. I offer:
- Chiropractic care – low force approaches and Diversified Technique
- Fascial manipulation – Level 1 Stecco Approach and Tom Myers’ anatomy trains
- Craniosacral Therapy (Diploma in CST)
- Dry needling
- Bioflex Laser Therapy
- Remedial and corrective exercise
- Breathwork
I will help you to ease, relieve and contextualise pain within your life story. I will discuss and initiate exercise and load management programs and assist by integrating value adding movement and breathing strategies to daily life. And assist in building strength and resilience.

As a young person I was always fascinated with movement. My mother was a Yoga teacher and I remember the joyful experience of stretching and moving at the back of her classes. I practiced gymnastics from age 5 until 13 and then martial arts. Movement was always a lens through which I regulated myself and connected to self and others.
Touch too was a deep calling from a very young age, recalling moments of “intuitively rubbing” my grandmothers painful arthritic feet, and knowing somehow the very natural and powerfully calming sense that touch facilitated. Chiropractic felt to be a very natural extension of some of these urges, although I feel a deep need to challenge outdated and outmoded concepts of care.
Before Chiropractic I worked in the health and fitness industry as Head Trainer for Wild Fitness and prior to this I was a clown and acrobat.
